Passed away suddenly at home
on Tuesday 7th October,
aged 80 years.
Pat, a former Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology at Royal Preston Hospital.
The beloved Godmother of Kate, much-loved cousin of the
Vice and Tibble families and treasured friend of Jane, Maureen and Ena.
Pat's funeral service will take place at Preston Crematorium on Friday 14th November at 12.00pm.
Flowers welcome or donations
if desired in memory of Pat can be made to the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds via the
funeral director.
