We only just learned of Edwin's passing and are deeply saddened. Edwin gave Pietro golf lessons in the 60s and to our son in the 70s. We remained friends through the years. He was a good person and we will miss him. Our deepest sympathy.

It has been truly wonderful knowing Edwin. So many fond memories. We will never forget the entertaining and eloquent speech he gave at our wedding. He was a true gentleman, we will miss him.

so sad to hear about Edwin's passing, He was wonderful character. I spend many hours in work his workshop chatting accompanied by his, I remember having to buy his favorite special tea he picked up from the kitchen. Always ready to share an intelligent conversation, tea and biscuits.

I was so saddened to hear of Edwin's passing. May the cherished memories you have of him bring you comfort during this difficult time. I'll always remember his big smile and the sight of him on his bike, sticking to the 20 mph speed limit which always made me smile.

Ian and I are so saddened by this news. Edwin was always such a cheerful and helpful friend to us both. He was also kind to my step-brother at school at Clayesmore, Dorset, and I learned this 24 years later in Bda! As a golf teacher he was patient and enthusiastic. My swing stood up to a break of 30 years not playing and I am always asked 'who gave you that swing'!
You both welcomed us on our visit back to Bda and we remember him with great affection and respect.

Words alone cannot truly express our deepest condolences on hearing of Mr. Jackson's passing. He was such a nice person who loved animals of all sorts. When I walked my dogs on the hotel grounds, I would stop by his golf shed for a cup of tea in the afternoon. We would talk endlessly about animals and the state of affairs at that time. He always had a cookie for the dogs. He will be sorely missed. Rest in peace, my dear friend.

I was very sad to read of Edwin's passing. I have such fond memories of him in his workshop above the Sportsman's Shop and going for golf lessons at Horizons. He had a wonderful and unique manner and such a great sense of humor.

Fond memories of Edwin teaching the wonderful game with his own unique style and equipment made from whatever he had at hand. He was a master at fixing clubs and telling you not to waste money "The club was not the problem." A really good character who will be missed. My sympathy Jane for the loss of your husband.
