I remember when Laura was in vet school. Eric told a story of Laura: in a pen with an ostrich, a bird taller than Laura and potentially dangerous, but Laura had no fear. To Laura, it was no big deal, sort of a joyful novelty. That was Laura: brave, smart, and nonchalant about those traits. Such a loss. My heart is with you.

Laura Kittleson was only known to me as a Vet - and she was super. I had adpted an old dog and Laura was so wonderful at keeping her happy and well for the time I had her.

Laura had a beautiful heart and spirit that was revealed every time she shared that big smile of hers. Whenever I think of Laura I think of that smile and the light twinkling in her eyes. How fortunate we all were to have such a bright lovely soul grace our lives for the time she did. I send my love and sympathies to the family.
