Joan Patricia
(Pat) Passed away peacefully
at St James' Hospital
on 6th September,
aged 89 years.
Pat, dearly loved Auntie to Jayne and Liz, a Great Auntie to Maya, Charlotte, Luke and Georgia
and a Great Great Auntie to
Emilia, Lucian, Jasmine and Lily.
Funeral service will take place at Lower Wortley Methodist Church on Thursday 20th September 2018 at 10.45am followed by cremation at Rawdon Crematorium
at 11.40am.
Donations in memory of Pat
are for Wheatfield's Hospice, a box will be available at the service.
