Teresa Oliveira Obituary
Teresa "Ann" Oliveira born June 17, 1930 passed away April 4th, 2024 at home surrounded by her family. She was born and raised in Gallup, NM and resided in Albuquerque.
Ann was a nurse for many years and retired from APS. She worked hard and diligently and enjoyed working with children.
Saying that Ann was a good person is a vast understatement. She touched everyone she knew with kindness and love. She was a beacon of light and put her family first. She will be missed dearly.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Alice Hengel, her first husband Larry McCelvey and her late husband Richard Oliveira.
Ann is survived by her four sons; Jim McCelvey of Tijeras NM, Steve Oliveira, Jeff Oliveira and Keith Oliveira all of Albuquerque NM. Her sisters Kay Clay of Ponka City, OK and Dallas Schuller of Orlando, Fl, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A Rosary will be held Thursday, April 11th from 7-8:30pm at French's Funeral Home on 10500 Lomas Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM.
A mass will be celebrated on Friday April 12th, 2024 at 10am at John XXIII Catholic Community, 4831 Tramway Ridge Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM. Following will be a reception at John XXIII and a burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
