Theresa Garcia Obituary
Theresa Sandra Garcia 62, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2023 with her family by her side. Sandra was born on December 13, 1960 to Salvador Garcia Sr. and Dora Garcia. Sandra was a very special person, she was born with Downs syndrome where she faced many challenges in her life. These challenges did not hold her back from participating in the New Mexico Special Olympics which she enjoyed greatly. She enjoyed her friends and winning medals in the events she participated. She enjoyed going shopping, going out to eat and traveling with her family.
Sandra is survived by her brothers, Dori Garcia and wife Tina, Roy Garcia and wife Rosella, Clarence Garcia, Reyes Garcia, Uvaldo Garcia and wife Jean, sisters Karen Manuelito, Dianna Bernal and husband Danny.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents Salvador Garcia Sr and Dora Garcia, brothers Lloyd Garcia, Salvador Garcia Jr., and Reynaldo Garcia.
Funeral services will be held on Monday October 2, 2023, at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Seboyeta, New Mexico. Viewing will be at 9:00 am followed by the rosary, mass and burial services at the Seboyeta Cemetery.
Sandra will be remembered for her beautiful spirit and love for everyone.
