Anna Kramer Obituary
Anna moved around the Yukon-Kusokwim Delta with her family and eventually moved to Spenard, where she married her husband, Joseph M. Kramer. They adopted their daughter, Ruth, from Anna's brother, Moses Okitkun, and sister-in-law, Adela Elachik, when Ruth was six-weeks-old and raised her in Anchorage, Alaska.
Anna enjoyed native cultural events, foods and practices, was a lifelong catholic, enjoyed berry picking, fishing, bingo, crocheting and spending time with her granddaughter.
She is succeeded by daughter, Ruth Baggett; son-in-law, Justin; and granddaughter, Adela. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alexander A. Okitkun and Lucy R. Yunak; husband, Joseph M. Kramer; and 19 siblings.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017, at Legacy Bragaw Chapel, 1707 South Bragaw in Anchorage, with the viewing beginning at 11 a.m., service at 12 p.m., and graveside service at Anchorage Memorial Cemetery at 2 p.m.
