Travis & Shirley....You may not remember me because we only were at Sunspot for six years when you were both very little. But I sure remember you and your dad....and I'm sorry for your loss. Judy Stover Hagge (now in Colorado Springs, CO)

Travis and Shirley, I remember the bonfires while your Dad was building the house in North Park. What fun we had. Also, the sawdust pile full of MONEY. Oh my, how impressed we were. Fond memories, Tami Kennedy Knox

Travis & Shirley, So sorry for your loss, now I remember Uncle Robby well! He didn't like the way I swept the floor! Funny the things you remember and of course that's not all, he was a big tease and lots of fun to be around. Cindi Biggs(Kennedy)

Travis and Shirley, We met Bob when he went to work at Sac Peak about 45 years ago. Our memories of him are associated with the period of time he spent there. We enjoyed his friendship and sense of humor. We are sorry for your loss. Lou and Kathy Gilliam

Travis and Shirley, your dad worked with my dad Bill Davis at Sac Peak many years ago. My dad thought a lot of Bob and enjoyed working with him. Bob helped me with a programming class I took in college, and my instructor said, "Did Bob Wade help you with this? I'd recognize his programming anywhere!" I ran into him from time to time through the years, and it was always good to visit with him.
He always smiled. He will be missed by many people.

My wife and I send our sad condolences and best wishes in this difficult time to Shirley and Travis. Bob Wade and I worked together at the Sacramento Peak Observatory for many years, and commuted together to work after we moved to Alamogordo, so we spent thousands of hours together during those times. Unfortunately we lost contact after both of us left Sac Peak, and I am saddened to learn now of his death.
