I don't think that I've seen Mike since my father's funeral thirty years ago. It meant so much to our family that Mike went out of his way to detour a business trip and attend the funeral. I so wished that I could be there today and return the love, kindness, and respect that Mike always showed.
Mike was one of my favorite cousins. Nearly the same age, we connected on many levels. Always thoroughly enjoyed his company. We spent many many days of our childhood playing in the pristine waters of Bear Lake at the Eagle's Nest Resort owned by our Grandparents.
Too young, Mike...way too young. I am sure that you fought that beast like a true warrior. In the end, YOU were the VICTOR! Death has no sting when HEAVEN is your home. Love you, wish I could be there with my family today. Until we meet again, my sweet cousin.
Fervent prayers for the Peace and Comfort that only GOD can provide for his family and friends at this time. Love to you.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I remember growing up with Michael and his brothers on virnankay circle in Ann arbor. They were such a nice family in our neighborhood. Dorothy, you and your family are in my thoughts.
