Frank McNamara Obituary
Jersey City - Frank "Mack" McNamara , 90, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 16, 2018. Frank was a devout parishioner of St. Anne's Church in Jersey City for 57 years. He was a hard working, family man, who spent 38 years working for the Pennsylvania Railroad. Frank was predeceased by the love of his life of 67 years, Dolores in 2016; He was the Loving Father of Arlene Kelly & her husband Thomas, Daniel McNamara (Retired Jersey City Fire Captain) & his wife Charlotte, Frank McNamara & his wife Ann Marie, Carol Canetti & husband Brian (Ret. N. Hudson Firefighter) and Mary Ellen Traino & husband Michael. Cherished grandfather of 11 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren. Visitation from Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 4 to 8 PM. Friends and family are invited to meet at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at 9:30 AM where a religious service will take place at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, N. Arlington.

On one hand, it is comforting to know that Mr. and Mrs. Mac are back together again... the way is should be. On the other hand, I will miss their friendship... their kindness... and their dedication. No matter what they did... it was always with a smile.
They made St. Anne's Parish and Liberty Avenue a much more enjoyable place to be! Arlene, Danny, Fran, Carol and Mary Ellen... thank you for sharing them with all of us!
