So tragic to have left this world only slightly after his 33rd birthday. If he had lived who knows what amazing and Intelligent assignments he might have accomplished!

May you rest in peace. God bless your young wife and children. Thank you much for your service. What would we do without our brave police force? We don't even want to imagine. I'm just so very sorry for all who loved you and all who you protected. From a citizen who is grateful and didn't even know you.

Dearest Noli and family,
I just learned of your loss. Words fail me as I think of the grief you are all enduring.
I do know how painful this is having loss my son, Dan, to brain cancer three years ago and that pain that never goes away.
Keep all the great memories close to help you get through the coming days. By the outpouring, even though I never knew him, I know he was a very, very special man.
My deepest sympathy and love to you all.
