Gerald RUBIN Obituary

RUBIN, Gerald Gerald Rubin, age 78, Lawrenceville, GA, died March 7, 2017. Born in Gloversville, NY, Jerry began his career as a sales representative working in his family's glove business. He later relocated to Atlanta where he continued to be an independent sales rep for ladies accessories. Upon retirement, Jerry did volunteer work for his synagogue, Temple Beth David as well as Simonton Elementary. Jerry was married for over 50 years to the former Gail Leiser, who preceded him in death in 2011. Survivors include his son, Barry Rubin, Lawrenceville; daughter and son-in-law, Sheri and Jon Young, Lawrenceville, GA; son and daughter-in-law, William and Marilyn Rubin, Atlanta, GA; grandchildren: Emily, Hannah, Erin, Marissa and Erica. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Temple Beth David, 1885 McGee Road, Snellville, GA 30078. Sign online guest book at www.edressler.com. A graveside service will be held TODAY, Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, Snellville. Arrangements by Dressler's Jewish Funeral Care, Atlanta (770) 451-4999.
