Family-Placed Death Notice

DiMARCO, Pasquale Pasquale "Pat" DiMarco age 89 of Whitcomb, IN passed away on March 6, 2009. He was born to Rocco and Gienive Nasta DiMarco on May 9, 1919, Newark, NJ; married to Carol Burgess in 1942 and she preceded him in death in 1980 also a daughter, Patricia Johnson; he worked as an Industrial Engineer with Western Electric and proudly served his country in the U. S. Army during WW II. He is survived by his daughters, Alice Giarusso, Whitcomb, IN, Carol Felzer, Douglas, Margaret Heffington, Henderson, KY; sons, Robert DiMarco, Wadesville, IN, George DiMarco, Woodstock, Charles DiMarco, Stone Mountain; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Adalaide Sorrenti, Katherine Castaliano, Regina Jankowitz, Anna Martin and Anthony DiMarco. The funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, March 16, 2009 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Stone Mountain. Memorials may be sent to Hospice of Margaret-Mary Community Hospital, Batesville, IN or to St Cecilia Church, Oak Forest, IN c/o Cook Funeral Home, PO Box 232, Brookville, IN 47012. Interment, Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation with the family will be held at 5:00 pm, Sunday, March 15, 2009 at Lowndes & McLane Funeral Home, Tucker, 770-491-3021.
