I cannot express in words the loss and pain that I feel. Paul helped "teach me the ropes" when I first came to the Atlanta area. His parents raised a fine man. I have fond memories of him, from his cute sense of humor to his caring nature when he reached out to me in a very low time in my life. Cindy has been a good friend to me too. It hurts me to see her in such grief.

My love and prayers are with Cindy, Mr. & Mrs. Abbott and Paul's other family and friends that miss him so deeply.

Johnny, Mr. and Mrs. Abbott, and Cindy, I want you to know that I am sorry to learn of Paul's passing and I share in your loss. I feel that Paul was part of my Lithonia extended family. I am Elinor Willis's nephew that grew up in Thomaston, Ga and I have known Johnny and Paul as long as I remember. Last November, I made a trip back to Ga. to spend the weekend with Paul and Mike at the Deer Camp. I will always remember that special weekend and cherish the wonderful times that we spent around many campfires thru the years enjoying that "outdoorsman's bond"! Paul's life will be carried forward in all of the wonderful memories his Outdoor buddies will have of time spent with him ! May God Bless you all! Steve

Our thoughts and prayers are with Cindy, Johnny and his family, and Mr. and Mrs. Abbott in the loss of Paul. The Abbott's provided a significant ministry to the Missionary Families that lived next to them in our Missionary Home for many years. The kindness that they showed to Missionaries on Furlough greatly eased the transition that many had coming back to the US. Paul was a childhood friend and a very good man. I appreciated his kindness at church, on the ball field and in our community. We all feel your loss. I pray that the Almightly lessens your sorrow with the fact that he so positively affected so many people over the years. Many people loved Paul and I will always remember our times together.

In the Love of Christ

I have not had contact with him for many years, but I have nothing but fond memories of those years. He was just a great guy. May God bless you all during this heart breaking time.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you, the family, in the loss of Paul, whom I have fond memories of. Growing up, my cousin Mike Willis, always included my brother and I on annual fishing and hunting trips with he and Paul and their other buddies. Paul was always so fun to be around and was so friendly and kind to everyone. He was a dear friend of our family and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. God Bless.

Over the years we've been friends, co-workers, and softball teammates. My favorite and forever memory will be the most recent time we visited...you were standing at my office door, saying "..don't hug me I haven't bathed in days..." That was the best hug ever.

May you find peace in a place with good fishing.

It was a very sad day to learn of my childhood friend and neighbors'passing today. We shared many good times and grew into manhood together. Raised next door we fought wars and built forts together for many years. We never had the time to watch T.V. we were always going fishing or hunting or just exploring. And when we did touch base, it usually was to get some of his momma's sweet tea.Sure would like to have a glass of "Miss Earlene's" tea now, and tell her what a fine friend Paul was to me. I will always remember him and with great admiration, and the times we spent together were my Good Ol Days. God Bless y'all,

Sincerely, Frank Huber
