Daniel Hill Obituary
passed away on May 6, 2014. Dear son of the late Kevin and Sheila Hill; dear brother of Michael (Paula) Hill, Janet (Kevin) Gadbois, Kathy (Brad) Bossert, and the late Kevin Tom Hill; dear step son of Pamela Hill; beloved uncle of 11, dear nephew, cousin and friend of many. Dan enjoyed a long career at Scottsdale Public Library, where contributions in his name, for the Civic Center Library Youth Room will be appreciated. A celebration of Dan's life will be held in Arizona the weekend of June 7th 2014, details forth coming. www.greenacresmortuary.net

I will remember our summer sharing separate spaces in "House on an Angle" as one of my best. We shared the Batline, the secret staircase that connected our apartments, and the crazy joy of youth. I miss it all, and will miss you.

Mike, Jan, & Kathy...what a shocker once again, its been years since I've seen our "Father Sarducci" but what a great guy. You have my deepest sympathies and in reading the guest book here, he was very well thought of at the library and his many memories we could share from Champaign will remain forever.

I actually just recently met Dan while working at the library. He said so many kind things about his time with SPL and the profession in general. So sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts are with his family.
