Genehun Wu Obituary
29, was taken to heaven on January 7, 2010-a life cut too short. Genehun was born in Glendale, AZ on August 31, 1980 and graduated from Ironwood High School in 1998. Even though his life was short lived, it was full of love, laughter, and generosity. Whenever he walked into a room it would always light up with his free spirit and happy, carefree nature. He had a special passion for working on his car and will always be known and loved as "Lucky Wu." He will forever be missed by his parents Chong Shing and Ellen Wu; sisters Hui Wu-Curtis, Ying Kerbaugh, and Jean Wu; grandmother Nhieu Kinh Dang; nephews Brandon, Adam, and Collin; nieces Erica, Sarah, and Audrey; and a large supportive family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, including his girlfriend Tanya Brandon. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2010 from 10 to 11 am at Heritage Funeral Chapel 6830 W Thunderbird Rd., Peoria, AZ. Celebration of his life will immediately follow at 11 am.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Genehun was truly a good frined to my son since grade school at Deserrt Palm. He will always be remembered for the smiles and laughter he gave us. He will be deeply missed but not forgotten.

iv known gene hun since the second grade, he was one of the first people i met and came to know when i first got to az! since day one gene hun was the type of person who would do his best to help you out in any way! he always made me laugh no matter what the situation! i truly loved him as one of my best friends! i will miss him and think of him daily! i will see you on the other side gene hun you just make sure you got those jokes!!

I met Genehun a few years back when we worked together and I'm so glad I got to know him for the short time I did.
He was an intelligent,funny and charming guy and I loved just being around him.I'm no longer in Arizona but I have thought of him and I was very sad to here of his demise.
My prayers go out to his family,he will be missed.

My heart goes out the the Kerbaugh and Wu family. I've known Genehun since Ying and I were 10, that would mean Genehun was 1. May you rest in peace and may your family and friends find comfort in all the good memories you have brought them. You will be missed by many! God Bless!!

Gene-Hun - you have always been a brother to me.... and now you get to be my guardian angel.
