Parents Elizabeth, Ernest Gomez, siblings Ernest Gomez III, Daniel Gomez. Blessed and amazing artist also known as the master of color. Entrepreneur for 11 years. This man was a huge influence on me with airbrushing, and I will always use and teach certain things I learned from him with the airbrush. What an amazing artist and human, I still look at his work today and will always influenced by his incredible artwork. Thank you Jamie. Hope his family is doing good.

My love, I miss you so much! What can I say?! I think about you every day, I miss you beautiful smile and loving ways. I still have your Art work hanging in my home and always receiving complements. Im so proud of you! I have your art throughout my home. Your babies are growing up so fast. It´s nice when the kids come over to visit, they bring so much Joy to my life! 1 year and still feels like yesterday. I went to nani's today. Closing my eyes I can still picture your car in the driveway or when you would pick up the kids after the fair late at night. And you would load everything in the car tell us bye and wish us good night then you would turn the car in a half circle and you were home in your driveway . :) These lil things I will never forget. Jaime, my son Scott, Marco & Mike were very close friends & had so many happy,memorable times together. They were always going on some big adventure. Jaime would come to our house & airbrush t shirts & Christmas stockings. One year between, Scott, Jaime & me we sold many stockings, made to order. I still have the ones he made for us & 3 fantastic paintings he did for us. We will treasure all our wonderful memories of Jaime. We were truly blessed to have known him & will miss him & his smile & positive Christian attitude. We pray for his family that the hole in their hearts will someday soon heal over. There will always be a scar inside & out where the terrible hurt is, but it will ease over time. We will look to the sunset & still see Jaime wonderful skill with color & creating a beautiful work of art as he paints the heavens now. RIP Jaime We love you!

Though I never met nor talked with Jaime in person, I did through the airbrush forum. He was an incredible artist with a special vision. His use of color, his patience in his work, the depth and dimension...he inspired me from the beginning. His time, too short. To the Family of Jaime Rodriguez...a man like no other artist I've known. I had only known Jaime through Badger Air-Brush Co and his wonderful talent with the colors and tools we make but He was always so appreciative and greatful for all I was ever able to do for him...and he never let it go unsaid. Just a few weeks ago I received an email telling me how awesome I was for making sure his paints were on their way. A little thing to some but it made my day :) and as I read many facebook posts and remember hearing many things about Jaime from my brother (Ken Schlotfeldt) this was an every day occurance for the people in his life. As time passes my you remember the wonderful times, the happy memories, the amazing art, and all he meant to so many. When speaking about Jaime, I will always say that in my opinion he was the best airbrush artist there has ever been. And what made him so great was his willingness to share his Mastery, and also his ability to be available to so many, no matter what he was working on. You can read the stories of who he inspired and how he helped so many artists. He inspired the artists he met, and his passion was so great he inspired artist that he had not met, through his youtube videos.
There aren't too many artist willing to teach their craft for free, and he gave it away with no expectations other than to share what he was passionate about, and he even took into consideration all the artists trying to make their living by holding back information.
The Jaime I admire on youtube, is unique and irreplaceable. It is a huge sadness that he is gone. The people he knew can count themselves blessed because he changed their lives. The people that did not get a chance to know him have to be patient and wait to see him in heaven.
Jaime, The amount of time you were given on Earth was too short. But be in Peace, Celebrate with Jesus, and I look forward to seeing your airbrush workshop in Heaven.

You probably wouldn't expect your competition to miss you, but you pushed so many of us to be better artists. I will take all the images of your work that I've collected and move forward. I never met Jaime in person, but having gotten to know him through the airbrush community, I felt like I didn't need to meet him to know him. Jaime was such a help and an inspiration to so many people in our little world; there is definitely an empty spot in my heart for my airbrush brother. My greatest sympathies go out to his wife, his children, and his extended family. Jaime will certainly be missed. I saw a sunset the other day- the clouds were nice and full, and reflected the most beautiful shades of pink. I thought of Jaime immediately. I know he had a hand in creating something so beautiful.

My wife Sandra, my grown sons Humberto and Reies, my daughter Briana and I express our deepest love to the Rodriguez family. Jaime was much more than a great artist; he was a good friend and opened his kind heart to us all. I will never forget the magic he shared as I witnessed firsthand his phenomenal airbrushing skills. I was truly blessed just to be able to hang out with Jaime and Crystal at the mall and share in their joy for creative service and making people happy though art. I will always remember Jaime for his kindness, his obvious and deep love for his wife and children, his sharing of ideas, his great talent developed through hard work and dedication, his support of my growth as an artist, and his gentle, loving nature and giving, guiding spirit. His spirit lives forever in our hearts.
