Michael Cramer Obituary
Michael Peter Cramer was born on November 21, 1950 in Fargo, North Dakota to Carl and Bernice (Halverson) Cramer. He grew up on the family farm near Amenia, North Dakota, and graduated from Central Cass High School in Casselton, ND and from North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, ND. Mike moved to Phoenix, Arizona after college where he entered the carpentry trade and later owned his own contracting businesses. Mike took great pride in the quality of workmanship on the commercial and residential projects he completed over the years. Mike was joined in marriage with the love of his life, Joanne Allen, on November 15, 1986 and their daughter, Jessica, came along in 1994 to complete his much loved family. Mike loved the outdoors and enjoyed fly fishing, hiking, hunting and other outdoor activities. His friends nicknamed him "Jeremiah Johnson" because of his adventurous spirit. Mike showed great courage in his long fight with cancer and he passed to his next life on November 26, 2016 with Joanne by his side. He leaves behind his wife, Joanne; daughter Jessica; stepson Rich (Kandy) Donda; brother Ken (Virjean) Cramer; sister Mary (Tony Eiter)Tintes; father-in-law Jim Allen; brothers-in-law Stephen (Gigi) Allen and Tom (Carmen)Allen, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Joseph. Michael's final resting place will be next to his parents and his brother at St. Leo's Cemetery in Casselton, North Dakota. A memorial service will be scheduled for a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Michael's name to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014-5656 or at www.hov.org.

Man my thoughts and love and prayers are with you every day I hope you can find some comfort knowing that you will be able to see him again I know he will be deeply missed by all those who loved him and his friendship will be lost but it will return U2 were a beautiful couple and he had such a beautiful smile love you hang in there time limit is better

So sorry for your loss. Even though our time together wasn't very long in the scope of time. I loved having Mike go quading with us! He was so Much fun to talk to about hunting and fishing and sharing our Norwegian heritage! He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you and all of the family. Much love Carmen
