Patricia Hernandez Obituary
59, of Phoenix, AZ, went home to be with the Lord on July 30th, 2015. Pat is survived by her loving husband of almost 40 years, Damian Hernandez; 5 children, 9 grandchildren 2 brothers, 4 sisters, her mother and her mother-in-law. The Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM, with a 6:30 Rosary, Thursday, August 6, 2015, at Our Lady of Fatima Mission, 1418 S. 17th Ave., Phoenix, AZ. The Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 AM, Friday, August 7, 2015 at Our Lady of Fatima. Burial to follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home, Inc. (602) 276-3601.

I watched you enjoy you're family..I also seen you leave for doctors appointments and at times then we as neighbors worried because we didn't see you. But you looked beautiful and peaceful last night. My heart once again breaks to see your kids and husband hurt for we also know how it feels.
