I'm going to miss my brother Bob. He was a wonderful brother I always called him my lawyer. Any problems or important matters I would call Bob and he would always give me the best advice. The 10 years I worked at Midway Airport and got Jane working there too. Bob would pick us up, we would go back to their house and enjoy Jane's good cooking and especially her homemade pies Daughter Pat was a little girl then and I would take her to the movies and other places. My sister Violet lived in Kansas City, Helen worked and Bill was busy with 4 little kids, so I did not see them very often. My husband Tom McCluskey and Bob were the same age and great friends since they were teenagers. My last visit to Phoenix, a couple of years ago, Bob and Jane picked me up at Vi's condo to take me to the airport and he handed me a box of my favorite -Sees Chocolates We both loved our chocolate candy. I will sure miss Bob and talking to him on the phone. Tom and Bob must be talking about the "Good Old Days" in Chicago and Lowe Avenue. Sister Lorraine Sweeney McCluskey

My father Tom McCluskey and Bob were great freinds, I loved hearing the stories of the old times in Chicago. Having grown up together, they had great stories and great times!

Hello Aunt Jane and Family-
We were all so very sorry to hear of Uncle Bob's passing.
I have wonderful childhood memories, the visits in Chicago when I was a kid, when you would come to Crystal Lake.
I always remember our first trip to Phoenix - 1967- smell the citrus, the house on the corner of Belmont, really great memories! The big addition he put on the back of that house, sleeping in our station wagon with Ellen. Uncle Bob touring us around Phoenix, he called it the Chicago of the West. I was only 8 or 9, but that first trip to Phoenix has memories to last my lifetime. Aunt Jane making her homemade strawberry pie, and lots of wonderful things. He was one of a kind- another strong Sweeney! We loved him
Wish we could of all been there, especially my mom
Thinking of all the family, keeping you in our prayers, great memories for a great man! Thinking of you Aunt Jane and sending our love!

I am sure Uncle Bob is still at the gates negotiating his place in heaven. We truly have lost another of the famous people. Jane and Bobs visits to our home when Geri and I were children, are some of my best memories . I will miss his voice, his look and his "direction" Jane ,Pat, and Ellen you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love Deli
