Phoenix - Passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona.
She was predeceased by her son Joseph Motyka, husband Robert DeFour, Husband Bud Culp and special friend-companion, Rueben Moulds. She is survived by her daughter Josephine Martin (Rick), her daughters-in-law Cheryl and her grandchildren Steven Martin and Katie Motyka, her brother Frank DeSmet (Phyllis) and sisters Marilyn Amormino (John) and Ann Marie Dorr (Larry). There will be a Memorial Mass at St. Pauls Chapel, 330 W. Coral Gabels Dr., Phoenix, AZ on Sat. June 2, 2018 at 10:30AM.
