On Wednesday, Mr. Scales will lie instate at Vaughn C. Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 9:30-10AM with services to follow. So many thoughts and memories when I sit and think about how we all got here and how you all made it possible for us to have a good life. You all are all with us in our hearts and in spirit. Uncle "Bob", I wish we could have seen more of you. Dad would talk about you when you all were young, and how you were such a workaholic and strived very hard to take care of the family.
