BLAIR , William E. On November 1, 2008, WILLIAM E. BLAIR, of Baltimore; loving husband of Kathy Blair (nee Cook); stepfather of Sadie Jones, and Franklin Shelby; grandfather of DeAndre, Desiree, Keith, and Deja; loving son of Elizabeth "Betty" A. And Thomas J. Blair of Parkville. Also survived by his sisters, Teresa Gonzales and husband Jay, and Kathy Costanza and husband Ric; his brothers, Tom and wife Deborah Blair, Stephen and wife Ana Blair, Jim and wife Deborah Blair, and Marty and wife Joyce Blair. Also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, and many extended family members. Bill was a Third Degree Knight of Notre Dame Council, 2901 Knights of Columbus and member of USAAA softball association.
Family and friends will honor William's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services - Parkville, 8800 Harford Road, on Thursday, November 6, 2008 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. with Memorial Service beginning at 8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to William E. Blair Foundation, 37 Loveton Circle, Sparks, MD 21152. Memory tributes may be sent to the family at
