Marshall Darrell Hall, 59

A Celebration of Life for Marshall Darrell Hall of Saint Joe, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, June 21, 2014, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Rhoe Justus officiating.

Marshall, 59, passed away at home, Friday, June 13, 2014, after battling cancer. Marshall was surrounded by family and friends. He was born October 12, 1954, in Mobile, Alabama, the son of Carlton and Cathrine Davis Hall. He married Sherry Bennett on November 4, 1974, in Alabama and worked as a builder foreman. Marshall lived in Saint Joe since 1990, moving from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He was a member of the Mennonite Church of Bretheran SW Conference. Marshal loved to build, whether it was wood carving, furniture or homes. He was a very loving and considerate man with a great sense of humor. He made a Christian man proud.

Marshall is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sherry Hall of Saint Joe, AR, four children, Joseph (Monica) Hall of Yellville, AR, Shannon (Darryl) Hall of Summers, AR, Jason (Cindy) Hall of Cane Hill, AR and Johnny Hall of St. Joe, AR; two brothers, David (Kathy) Hall of Jemison, AL and Donald Hall of Palm Beach, FL; fourteen grandchildren, Daniel, Zakk, Hayley, Christian, Adam, Hollie, Matthew, Cerenity, Anthony, Carver, Donavan, Drayven, Jacob and Josh; six great-grandchildren, Chloey, Gunter, Kleo, Justin, Jeron and Alisha and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Dan Hall and two granddaughters, Philicity and Phoenix.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
