Dearest Betty, Pat and Barbara;
I have loved knowing of your mother through Betty and Pat's precious stories. I also have been impressed in my meetings with your mother by her gentleness, gratefulness, and subtle but very real sense of humor. Betty you have been a wonderful testament to your mother's life well lived. A wonderful word you used once to describe Jane: guileless. Your mother was pure of heart and generous in spirit. It was very easy to love her and certainly easy to love her daughters! I have been amazed at your mother's strength of trust and faith in the Lord since they moved to Seaford, (and their furniture didn't!!) The lack of bitterness still amazes me today. There is so much more to her life - the little glimpses I had just make me want to know more. God bless each one of you as you say your last goodbyes to her this side of heaven. What a blessing and witness your mother has been to this world. She and your dad have left an incredible legacy in you girls, son-in-law and beautiful grandchildren who are all fully serving the Lord. Our sympathy and love to each of you - Montine
