Eva Rae "Pat" Kacinski, 90, of Belleville, Ill., born June 9, 1914, in East St. Louis, Ill., died Friday, Nov. 5, 2004, at Four Fountains Convalescent Center, Belleville, Ill.
Mrs. Kacinski was employed for 25 years as a lab technician for Beck Vanilla in East St. Louis, Ill., and both she and her late husband, were also employed by Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, Ill., and East St. Louis, Ill. She was an avid bingo player.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Adam Kacinski; her parents, Wilbur Jefferson and Sarah Anna, nee Robinson, McDaniel; two brothers, Lloyd McDaniel and Carl McDaniel; and a sister, Mildred Lancey.
Surviving are her daughter, Norma (Floyd "Dean") Thompson of Belleville, Ill.; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and great-great-nieces and great-great- nephews. Special thanks to her caregivers, Marcie Lester, Cathy Rhoads, Betty Hampton, Dorothy Modulin, Lorraine Lynch.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7, 2004, at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 8, 2004, at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Ill., with the Rev. Charles West officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill. Family is being served by Joseph J. Kassly Jr.
