Donald Bronsema Obituary

Donald L. Bronsema of Bellingham, WA, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2007. He was 78, born in Bellingham on January 5, 1929, to Elma (Lamoreux) and William Bronsema. Don served in the U.S. Coast Guard and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was an excellent woodworker and loved the outdoors. Don is survived by his wife Betty, 3 children: Donald W. (Christel) Bronsema, Nicholas M. Bronsema, and Patricia Bronsema-Key; 7 grandchildren: Anya, Lennon and Max Bronsema and Allen, Drew, Garret, and Liam Key; 2 great-grandchildren: Dallas and Madison Key; brother Cleve Bronsema; and many special family and friends. Memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans. A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 16th, at Greenacres Memorial Park.
