Colleen Fitzpatrick Obituary
Colleen was born in Troy, New York on June 9, 1950, daughter of the late William John and Shirley Ann (Tucker) Fitzpatrick. She graduated from St. Mary's Academy in Hoosick Falls and SUNY Plattsburgh as a Registered Nurse. Colleen dedicated her life to the caring of others as a home health nurse, hospital manager, case manager and finally retired as a school nurse within the Reno, Nevada area schools. Colleen enjoyed hot air balloons and clowns and was devoted to her Irish culture, faith and family.
Survivors other than her husband Dennis include her son Ian Joseph (Amanda) Webber of West Hoosick, NY, sister Donna Fitzpatrick Kennedy of Dedham, MA, step-daughter Rebecca (Allen) Andrews of Shaftsbury, VT, twin grandsons Ramsey Fitzpatrick Webber and Tucker Edward Webber, step-grandchildren John (Maggie Harmeyer) Andrews, Ethan (Meagan) Andrews, Abby Andrews (Austin Thompson), step-great granddaughter Layla Andrews, also many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Colleen is predeceased by her youngest son Sean Robert Webber (P'nut) and her sister Claudia Fitzpatrick Mattison.
SERVICES: Funeral services will be Thursday September 28, at 1:00 pm from the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, New York. Burial will follow the service at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Cambridge, NY.
Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 am until the start of the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Double H Hole in the Woods Ranch through the funeral home.

I just knew you for a short time, Colleen. We sat next to each other one Saturday at the Carmelite Monastery in Reno. I was surprised to learn that you were a School Nurse as I had been. I could sense there was something special about you - a very loving and caring woman. Rest in God's love.

I enjoyed Colleen's energy and enthusiasm in our Friday morning Aqua Fitness class. It was a pleasure to watch her make her health and happiness a priority. Her spunk and spirit will be missed. Heartfelt condolences to all.

I worked as a School Nurse with Coleen during her time in Reno. I will always remember her smile and her love of the children she helped. Rest In Peace my friend. I am surely going to miss you
