George LeVardi Obituary
George was born the 10th of 13 children to Thomas and Minnie LeVardi. George was raised in Hinsdale, MA, was a graduate of Wahconah High School.
After Graduation George moved to Austin, TX, and from there enlisted in the United States Air Force where he served his country for 21 years, serving most of that time in Germany, Italy and Spain.
Upon Honorable Discharge from the Air Force George returned to Austin, TX which he called home until the time of his passing.
George is survived by 2 sons, Mario of Richland, WA, and Michael of Bitburd-Erdorf, Germany, 1 Grandson Alex, 2 granddaughters Jasmine and Eileen. George was predeceased by his sister Dolores St. Germain of CA. He is survived by 11 brothers and sisters, Anne Ostaski, Pittsfield MA, Louise Barnes, Pittsfield MA, (who passed recently on 5/2/17) Tommy LeVardi, Dalton, MA, Rene Kelly, Elgin, TX, Arlene Langendorfer, Dunkirk, NY, Jimmy LeVardi, Penn Valley, CA, Janie Calvo, Round Rock, TX, Jerry LeVardi, Windsor MA., Bobby LeVardi, Hinsdale, MA, Joan Sanchez, Festus, MO. and Greg LeVardi, Fredonia, NY. and many nieces and nephews. We love you and will miss you George, God be with you.
SERVICES: Interment for George is scheduled for Friday 5/12/17 at 10 a.m. at the St. Patrick's Cemetery in Hinsdale, MA. Guest Book on line is at elginfuneralhome.net

To George's immediate family and to all the wonderful LeVardi cousins, please know my brothers and I send our love and sympathy. We were blessed with so many happy, playful Sundays visiting each other while growing up. George did his share of the fun-making! May his family have similar memories. Love, your Calkins cousins
