Kenneth Warner Obituary

Mr. Kenneth Warner, Jr., 91, of Pittsfield, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023. Born in Northville, NY, on September 19, 1932, the son of the late Kenneth and Hilda Robinson Warner, he graduated from Northville High School.

Kenneth was a Korean War Veteran. He proudly served his country in the United States Army actively from 1954 until 1956, and 1956 until 1962 in the reserves.

Straight out of high school, Kenneth was employed by General Electric, where he worked as a tool and dye maker. After leaving the Army, Kenneth returned to General Electric where he retired as an ordnance engineer after 36 years of dedicated service.

Among many things, he enjoyed spending the summer camping together with his family. He also enjoyed woodworking and car races.

Kenneth was predeceased by his beloved wife of 63 years, the former Shirley Ann Coon, whom he married on June 7, 1958. Shirley passed away on July 21, 2021.

He is survived by his sons, Brian Warner (Debbie), and Mark Warner (Gayle), as well as his grandson, Kyle Warner.
