Helen M. Hart
Helen M. Hart passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at the age of 69.
She was predeceased by her loving sister, Janice Hart; and caring parents, Howard Malcolm and Ardis Pearl Hart. She is survived by her beloved spouse, Jim Phillips; sister, Kathy (BJ) Snooks; and Janice's children: Koby Keller and Aubre Hart.
Services at Serenity Ridge Natural Burial Cemetery and Arboretum, 2406 Ridge Road, Windsor Mill, MD 21244, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. Please omit flowers.
Contributions in her memory may be sent to Crazy Horse Memorial, 12151 Avenue of the Chiefs, Crazy Horse, SD 57730.

Helen and I competed in track many years ago. I attended Will James Junior High and she attended Lewis & Clark. We were both "anchor" in the 800. I believe she also competed in Shot Put. She was not only strong, she was incredibly fast on the track! During our last race I got the baton after she did so she was quite a ways ahead of me. I tried my best to catch up with her but I don't I did. I can't remember who placed first, but she was one tough competitor. I haven't seen nor heard of her since junior high. It sounds like she lived a good life and had many friends and family. I'm sure she will be missed. My condolences to all. I just had to share this wonderful memory! Becky K.
