Bobby, My prayers and thoughts are with you. We all have shared a lot of great times- even with my special name that he gave me years ago... Princess Kolimoki.... I will never forget those precious memories that we all shared the great meals, the great parties and enjoying life. Bill and you are in our thoughts and we send you love. Coley and Toney

I have heartfelt thanks and gratitude for Bill being my mentor and for guiding me as a young man. He gave me advice and set an example on a personal and profession level that was instrumental in my growth. His wisdom and knowledge about everyday life to fine deliciousness of great food was exemplary. I take great pride in knowing I was blessed to have known him and have him as a great friend. His most unique sense of humor brought a compassionate and warm smile to all he encountered. I am truly grateful for having him in my life and will hold him in my hear forever. Bill's sense of adventure and humor was the basis for his perpetual claim and he and Bobby had more fun by accident than most people do on purpose! His was the essence of a life well-lived and inspiring to others.

I knew Bill as a teacher, physician, and friend. As a teacher, he was generous with his vast knowledge. As a physician, he was the greatest example of a kind, caring, healing spirit that I have ever seen. As a friend, he was true. His intregity was without equal. Those who knew him will never fill the void he has left, but my pity is for those who did not know him.
