Amelia "Millie" Harman

Amelia "Millie" Harman February 14, 1906 - May 11, 2006 Amelia "Millie" Harman was born Feb. 14, 1906 in New York, NY, to Edigio and Maria Lugliani, both of Italy. Her family moved to San Francisco when she was an infant and she had lived there since. Amelia married Albert Harman in April 1928. The couple celebrated 52 years of marriage. Albert passed away in 1980. Survivors include her devoted children: daughter, Jean D. Arnold and her husband Joe; son, George W. Harman and his wife Pat; eight loving grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Preceding her death was her husband, Albert; daughter, Virginia O'Hara; and son-in-law, Tom O'Hara. Amelia loved spending time with family and in her earlier years, cooking. She will be missed by all who knew her and her pleasant way about her. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2006 from 5pm to 8pm, with a Rosary Recital at 7pm at Ouimet Bros. Chapel, 4125 Clayton Road in Concord. Funeral Liturgy will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at 10am at St. Bonaventure Church, 5562 Clayton Road in Concord. Burial will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2006 at 11am at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma.
