MOONEY, Anne Marie (Roach) One of the First Female US Postal Inspectors 67, of Chelsea, MA, passed away unexpectedly on February 1, 2017. She grew up in Arlington, MA, and was nearly a lifelong resident of Atkinson, NH, where she lived with her late husband, Jack, of forty years. Anne Marie held a distinguished career as one of the first female US postal inspectors. Specializing in criminal and fraud investigation, she was director of investigations at multiple corporations and founded her own Certified Fraud Examiner firm. She was an avid cook, gardener, world traveler, and theatre goer. She leaves behind her children; son Matthew with wife Christine and their son Caden, daughter Catherine with boyfriend Matthew DeBeul; brother Jim Roach with wife Ginny and their sons; Paul, Patrick and fiancee Megan Dillon, and Benjamin and wife Kelsey; sister-in-law Ginny Roach; cousins Marty Roach with wife Mary; and many family and lifelong friends. A memorial mass to celebrate Anne Marie's life will take place at St. Camillus Parish 1175 Concord Turnpike, Arlington, MA, on Thursday February 9 at 11am.
