JOHN P. CONLON

CONLON, John P. "Jack" Of Braintree, age 78, entered into eternal life on August 19, 2015. Jack was born and raised in Dorchester and had lived in Braintree for 55 years. Mr. Conlon retired from the New England Telephone Company in Braintree after many years. Following his retirement he worked for the Braintree Public Schools for over ten years as a mail carrier. Jack was a parishioner of the Sacred Heart Church of Weymouth and Braintree. Also in his retirement, he enjoyed spending time at his chalet in Freedom, NH, on Lake Ossipee. He loved driving around and fishing off "Bobby's Boat". Beloved husband of Claire M. (Johnson). Devoted father of Patricia Phillips of Braintree, Kathleen Hubbard and her husband Daniel of Braintree, John and his wife Deborah of North Andover, Bob of Braintree and the late Diane Conlon. Loving grandfather of Christopher, Danny, John, Patrick "Mugsy", MaryClaire, Sarah, and Jack. Beloved brother of Joseph Conlon and his wife Ellen of Falmouth. Brother in law of Marilyn Ricciardelli and her husband Rick of Saugus. He leaves several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St., WEYMOUTH LANDING on Saturday August 22 at 8:30 am. Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 9:30 am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours on Friday from 4 until 9 pm. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Randolph.
