Dear McGrath Family,
I am very sorry for your loss. I was shocked when I found out of his passing. I had just talked to him the day before. He had showed me a current picture of the girls. He had such a huge smile on his face. He always spoke fondly of his family.
He was a funny guy and a great person to talk to. Always interested in what the other person had to say. Genuine and sincere.
I will miss him.

Dear McGrath family,
Michael and I were friends back in high school and had a lot of laughs running in the same circles. He was a heck of a nice guy and although we lost touch after high school, I hear he made a beautiful life for himself and his family...
My sincerest condolences to you and your loved one's for such a sad loss. I can only image how deeply he will be missed by so many...

To the McGrath family,
I am incredibly sorry for your loss. Mike and I became friends during our time together in high school and he was both a good friend and just an all around great person. He was never without a joke or a smile and he always had an incredibly positive vibe about him that kept us all energized and, of course, always laughing. I will never forget his jokes, his huge heart, his infectious spirit and all of the smiles he brought to our group.
He will be missed by the many people he touched and befriended.

Dear Tina and McGrath family,
I have enjoyed running into Mike in the halls and elevator, for the past 5 or 6 years - his jokes, kind words, and family anecdotes always brightened my day. He always talked about you, Tina, and how you two used to drive to and from work together, and more recently, about the girls. In fact, the last time I saw Mike was on Monday (5/18) afternoon, and he was telling another co-worker how the girls had just started trying to sit up. Mike was a ray of sunshine and will be greatly missed around the office. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

My condolences to Tina, Mr. McGrath and Mike's family.
I'm very sorry to hear this news. Mike was an absolutely fantastic guy. He was a person I always looked forward to bumping into around the John Hancock hallways. He was easy to talk to, honest to the bone and could make a joke about anything. When I think of Mike I smile on the inside. He'll be missed.
Best Wishes,
Dennis and Olivia Blanchette

To the McGrath family, It is with a heavy heart that this note is written. We are so very sorry to hear of Michael's passsing. We remember when Michael played on my baseball team down at St. Mary's, he was always a great kid and team player. It was a pleasure having him. I recently seen him not long ago and he looked great. I couldn't get over how tall he got. I was so please to have seen him, always a nice kid. My heart felt condolences go out to you all.

Tina, I want to say how sorry i am for your loss. Michael was a great person, I worked with him at John Hancock in the IDH department and then again in Charlestown. He was a great and funny guy and we had many walks at lunch time in charlestown and all he could talk about was his wife and the kids that he wanted in his life. My prayers are with you and your family and i am so very sorry on your loss.

Tracy - words cannot express how sad I am to hear that Michael is gone. My family will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. For so many years, I saw him every day. He went from being one of my first "crushes" to being like a big brother from when we were just in Kindergarden throughout high school. I remember the last time we all got together and am so glad that we had that last hurrah, even if it was a few years back. My heart is broken, and I cannot even imagine how you are feeling right now. If you ever need anything, I am just a phone call or e-mail or FB away.
