Richard A. Catalano

CATALANO, Richard A. "Rick" 64, of Bellingham, MA passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at home with family by his side. He was the beloved husband for 25 years of Dorothy M. (Wise) Catalano. Born in Arlington, MA on March 15, 1947, he was the son of the late Joseph and Rosalie (Kongs) Catalano. He was the loving father of Michele C. Carbonaro of Medway, MA, Audra J. Blasberg and her husband, Dr. Arthur Blasberg III of Plymouth, MA, and John E. Catalano. He was the adored grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was the brother of Stephen Catalano of Pittsfield, NH and Joanne DiGiacomo of Wilmington, MA. He also leaves his aunt Theresa Catalano and uncle Patrick Catalano both of Burlington, MA. A resident of Bellingham for 21 years formerly of Foxboro and Arlington, MA, Rick was a general manager for J & R Auto Body Supply Company of Framingham for 23 years. Devoted to his family, he will be greatly missed. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 20, at 7:30PM at Cartier's Funeral Home, 151 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA. Visiting hours are from 5 to 7:30PM prior to service. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
