It´s been 21 years, although it seems like yesterday that you left us - far too early.
You will always remain in my heart. Thanks for your graciousness for bringing me into your private practice back in 1993. Jeb, I hope you are doing well these many years later.

Our dear friend,
We miss your spirit and support that you have given us these past few years. Our fondest memory was the prayer support that you shared when we were facing our own health challenge. Your faith and inspiration lives on in us and in the lives of the others that you have touched.
Deepest sympathy to Jeb and Rich's family.....

The Leather Forum of San Francisco observed a moment of silent prayer in Rich's honor after I told them what a sincere, profound and deeply motivating force was this person the Defenders had lost. The Defender chapter in Heaven has gained another angel who will be there to welcome us when our time comes.
My prayers go out to Jeb and all of Rich's loved ones at this difficult time.

My deepest sympathy to Jeb and the Rasi family - and to the Dignity community for the loss of this very good man. I am so grateful for our time in P-town this past September. Rich has left a wonderful residue of bravery and love on this planet. - Defenders Columbus members salute his memory.

Luis and I will never forget Rich Rasi. He brought the most incredible enthusiasm and faith to Dignity/Boston. I will never forget my awe at the very first Healing Service on the Wednesday before Easter that I attended at Dignity/Boston so very long ago when he sang the prayers. Surely God and all Her angels heard his beautiful voice. The loss of Rich Rasi is a void that will never be filled by anyone. He is truly unique and very very special. He had such an impact on so many lives. I know Jeb has a long sad road ahead of him and I pray that he will find peace and solace in his memories of his life with Rich. We will you miss you forever! Only this,to act justly, to love tenderly and to walk humbly with God." Micha 6:1,8

I first met Rich some 20 years ago at Dignity/Boston. One could immediately feel his love and friendship. His support and dedication to making the lives of others better was a major part of his life. I will never forget the years that we worked together at Dignity. Above all I will never forget Rich's goodness, love and friendship. I am very fortunate to have been able to call him friend.
My love and prayers are with Jeb and the Rasi family.
You are with God, my friend.

I remember:
- the first time I met Rich...
- the laughter we shared
- the love he had for all
- that incredible voice
- the many ice cream sundaes we shared while he was in the seminary
- the times he spent at my house playing (and detuning) a perfectly tuned piano with his version of Malaguena
- the coffee pot named Agnes
- the day he married us
Now, I will never forget.
I never had the opportunity to meet Jeb, but I am sure that he shared his love of life and people with you. My deepest sympathies to his family and his friends. Rich was one of a kind - I will miss him and never forget him.

I will never forget Rich--his wonderful smile, his compassion and understanding--but most of all his faith and how he was the best example of God's love for us that I have ever known. Jeb, to you and Mrs. Rasi and all of Rich's family, my deepest sympathy. Please know you are all in my prayers at this very difficult time. Love, Marge

My heartfelt sorrow to Jeb and to Rich's family on this untimely loss. Rich and Jeb touched the lives of many through their leadership in DIGNITY Provincetown. I had the privilege to worship with and get to know them during the past two years.
I will always remember Rich's smiling face, his selfless acts of compassion for others, and his courage throughout a long and painful illness. Rich and Jeb were a model for us all by the gracious manner in which they handled their personal struggle.
I am so sorry I can not be with Jeb and the Rasi family at this time, but you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Tom

I would like to express my deepest condolences to Rich's partner and family. I met Rich through the Greater Boston Business Council where he was an active member and the recipient of the 2001 GBBC Awards for Excellence Founder's Award for the many contributions and his dedication to the GLBT community. Indeed Rich contributed so much to the community, but my memories of him are more of his kindness, generosity and spirit. He truely was one of the most exceptional men I have ever met. His goodness and love will be with us all forever. My prayers are with you. James Jones

What a tragic loss of one of the world's most beautiful people. My heart breaks for his wonderful family and for his life partner, Jeb. He touched countless lives with his love, warmth and humor. I, will NEVER forget how he "appeared" at my mother's grave at her funeral and sang for her. She always bugged him that he HAD to sing and her funeral, and he didn't let her down. We weren't expecting to see him, but when his rich, unmistakeable voice rose up from the crowd, we were so grateful, and know that she heard him. My love to you all, and my hope that they day will come when his memory brings you more joy than sorrow.
