Bradenton, Florida - Daniel Miller II, 88, of Bradenton, Florida passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023.
Daniel was born in Boston, Massachusetts on September 1, 1935. After his upbringing throughout the greater Boston area, Daniel went on to proudly serve in United States Army as military police both stateside and overseas in Germany. Upon retiring from the military, Daniel would go onto a successful banking career that would see him rise through the ranks to bank president at Beverly (Massachusetts) Savings before retiring for good in 2004 with a move to Florida. In his spare time Daniel kept busy with short trips, enjoying the Florida beaches and golf courses, and relaxing with a good book.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Linda Miller; children; Karyn Swisher, Daniel Miller III, Jeffrey Miller, Marc Miller, Chadwick Miller, Amanda Gosselin, Katherine Fonseca, and Rachel Miller; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and his "best dog", Daisy.
There will be no funeral arrangements.
