Frank Kindle Obituary

Frank C. Kindle, 84, of Bradenton, Fla., formerly of Chicago, Illinois, went home to his Savior on February 1, 2010. Born in Chicago, Illinois Nov. 3, 1925, Frank served in the US Navy during WWII. He married Dolores 'Dolly' (Liefke), June 25, 1949. Frank worked for the US Postal Service as a mail carrier for 24 years. Frank and Dolores moved to Bradenton in 1986 and became active members at Hope Lutheran Church in Bradenton. Predeceased by parents, Frank and Hanna Kindle and son Gregg Kindle; survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Dolores, sons Rev. Gary Kindle of Sebring, Florida, Glen (Donna) Kindle of Knox, Indiana, daughter Denise (Mark) LaPointe of Antioch, Illinois, daughter-in-law Joan (Gregg) Kindle of Glenview, Illinois, sister Jean (William) Minks of Waupaca, Wisconsin, grandchildren Amy Kindle, Rebecca (Mitch) Mancione, SSgt Eric Kindle, Ryan Kindle, Evan Kindle, Jordan Kindle, many nieces and nephews. Visitation from 10:00am to service time at 11:00am on Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, at Hope Lutheran Church, Bradenton, Florida. Burial at Bethania Cemetery, Justice, Illinois. Visitation from 11:00am to service time at 12:00 noon, on Monday, February 8, 2010, at Bethania Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hope Lutheran Church, 4635 26th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34207 or Tidewell Hospice of Bradenton, 3355 26th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34207.
