John Balon Obituary

John (Johnny) Balon,91, died Monday June 30, 2014. For many years, Johnny was a mobile home salesman for Franklyn Homes in Bradenton. In 1995, Johnny and his wife, Evelyn, bought the business and continued to sell mobile homes for 15 years. They retired in 2010. Johnny is survived by his wife of 40 years, Evelyn, His step-son, Jeff Watson of Bradenton, his brother-in-law, Paul Clark of Bradenton.He is also survived by three daughters: Kerry(Chuck) Featherer, Lisa Begley,Beckie(Ronnie)Pasipanki, many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters in Reading, PA:Helen Pfaffman, Ginny Saltzman, and Anne Balon. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Trinity Lutheran Church, 2200 26th Street,W. in Bradenton. Johnny and Evelyn have been blessed with many good friends and with the mobile home customers who have become friends. There will be a notification about the memorial service in the newspaper. Daddy, you will be missed by many but especially your daughters, two of whom you took in to raise as your own. Thank you for all the memories I will cherish the rest of my life. We will miss you but knowing that your are now resting free of pain. Love you very much Daddy! Lisa B.
