Zachary Elliott Obituary
Zachary was born Feb. 8, 1994 in Coudersport, a son of Ken and Marlene Earl Elliott.
Mr. Elliott was a 2012 graduate of Port Allegany High School and has attended Penn College in Williamsport. He was employed by C.A. Elliott Lumber Company of Roulette.
Zach was at home in nature, spending hours crisscrossing wooded trails with his bear spray and trusty walking stick. He always came back with photos, and, occasionally, a bag full of freshly picked berries.
When he wanted to cover more ground, he would venture out on his bike or ATV. Zach knew the local trails' every twist and turn.
Zack was deeply interested in nutrition and fitness, so much so that he planned on making a career in that field. He took his studies home; playful chastising his family's diet and exercise, but always offered honest advice.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandmothers, Marilyn Elliott of Smethport and Mildred Earl of Sabinsville; two brothers, Kirby of Pittsburgh, and MacKenzie of Roulette and numerous aunts and uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Robert Earl and Paul D. Elliott.
Friends and family will be received on Saturday from 11 a.m. till noon at the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes Inc., 105 N Main St., Port Allegany, where a memorial service will begin at noon with the Rev John L. Kallerson, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Coudersport, officiating.
If desired, donation or memorial may be made to Zachary's family or Potter County Yellow Ribbon Task Force, PCHS 62 North Street, P.O. Box 241 Roulette, PA 16746.
