PATRICIA Pierzanowski Obituary
Patricia (Jenkins) Pierzanowski, 80, of Burlington, widow of Eugene
Pierzanowski, passed away peacefully after a long health battle Saturday, February
24, 2024, at UCONN Medical Center, Farmington, surrounded by her loving
family. She was born March 24, 1943, in Bristol, daughter of the late Mason and
Ruth (Hansen) Jenkins.
Pat was a graduate of Plainville High School. Pat made a great circle of friends at
her water aerobics class at Health Trax in Bristol. Prior to her retirement, Patty was
employed by the Town of Plymouth for 20 years, where she created lifelong bonds
with her work sisters. She was a member of Our Lady of Hope Parish in
Harwinton, and the Crochet Angels. She crocheted and donated over 1,000 lap
blankets for veterans.
Pat is survived by her sons, Stanley Pierzanowski and his better half, Cindy Gaito,
of Revere, MA, and Keith Pierzanowski; her daughter Rebecca Doyle and her
husband Patrick of Harwinton; her grandchildren, Shannon Doyle Zepka, Ashley
Doyle, and Kristi Hey. Pat is also survived by her 4 great grandchildren whom she
loved so much. Besides her husband, Patty was predeceased by her step-daughter
Elaine Blosick and her sisters Eleanor Johnson and Carolyn Yuille.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, March 2, 10:30 AM at the
Immaculate Conception Church, Terryville. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery,
Terryville. Family and friends may visit at the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St,
Terryville, from 8:30 AM until leaving for church. www.scottfuneralhomeinc.com
