BROWNSVILLE - Jackson "Jack" Samuel Snodgrass entered into eternal rest on Thursday, the 31st of August 2023 in Brownsville, Texas surrounded by his loving family. He was fifty-eight years of age.

Some of his favorite pastimes included gardening, going to the beach, walking and shopping, listening to 80s and 90s music, painting his house, and vacationing with his family, such as going on cruises. In his youth, Jack also enjoyed fishing and shrimping.

Preceding Jack in death was his beloved granddaughter, Brooke Michelle.

Snodgrass; their children, Tara Michelle Snodgrass (Gilberto "Mickey" Capistran, Jr.) and Michael Shane Snodgrass (Maesha Cuevas); his grandchildren, who affectionately called him "Poppy," Taylor, Ema, Olivia, Jacklyn, Blake, Maekael, and Maeanna; his parents, Samuel F. Snodgrass and Judy Mitchell; his sister, Christi Snodgrass (Taylor Topperwein); his half-brother, Scottie Mitchell; in addition to numerous aunts, uncles, and extended family members.
