Quite possibly the best sense of humor I've come across in my life. I'll miss Uncle Bob a lot. I'll never forget sitting around while he read his 'Truly Tasteless Jokes' and how he could never finish telling a joke without laughing so hard he couldn't breathe. We'll all miss you Uncle Bob, even the psycho squirrel.

Dear Donna, Lynn and Neil,
We are so very sorry to hear about Bob. Someone happened to mention to me Friday, seeing something on the computer. Becky and I had just talked about Bob the other day wishing we knew his phone number and how to get in touch. In fact, we thought of you all so very often. It's baseball season and every game at KC we remember all those broadcasts with Bob. We had so much fun and laughs!!! We remember how kind you were to us when Drew was born. Bob was a very special person and we know you will miss him a lot. He will always be in our memories and our hearts. If you ever get the chance to call us, please do... 540-943-2111. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you- Love & Prayers, Rennie & Becky Dobbins

Dear Donna and family,
So sorry to hear about Bobby. I have such wonderful memories of Christmas and Thanksgiving with all of you. I'll never forget his imitaion of Grandpa Jaeger at Grandma Remi's funeral. He could make anyone laugh!
I guess now he can talk sports with my dad for all eternity. I'm sure the Yankee-Red Sox discussion will take that long.
Love to all and God Bless,
Mary

It’s impossible not to miss Bob. Because we live in Germany we saw each other only occasionally in recent years, but each meeting brought back memories from childhood and school years. We were in the same class at N.T. High School and shared some of our daily classes. Bob was a deeply caring person, who – although he struggled with his own physical limitations – always managed to communicate love and concern for others. His humor is legendary. As we release him into God’s hands we do it knowing that God is truly receiving one of his own.

Kerstin, Philipp, Mark, Ester and I send our love to Donna and to all. Our prayers are with you.

Hey Daddy-O, I'm gonna miss you so very much! Thank you for making me laugh and being a part of my life. Through all of your pain and suffering, there was always a smile and laughter. I promise I'll still bring cheesecake and pierogi to the house. Maybe you can sneak a piece from Donna's plate when she's not looking! I hope you can get a good cup of coffee in Heaven. I'm sure they serve nothing but the best!! I heard some of the angels need help with their swing. Maybe you can help out a little and show them how it's done!

Don't worry about Donna. The girls will watch over and take care of her.
Enjoy you're new found freedom!!!

Your "other" daughter,
Diana

Such a loss to everyone. He was so entertaining, always making me laugh. I have such fond memories of all the time we all spent together as teenagers, as well as visiting VA and the Elmwood Open! Thank God he is now at peace. He will be missed.

Dear Donna and family, Jim and Dick:

I was sad to hear of Bobby's passing. He was a great cousin. I'll never forget his sense of humor and how he always took the time to make everyone feel comfortable.
We have wonderful memories (and home movies) of him diving off the cliff at Redwood. All of us kids loved and looked up to him. His wonderful spirit will always light up our thoughts and brighten our memories.

With sincere sympathy,

Chris Turner

Donna and children, Jimmy and Dicky: I am heartsick. Being at Redwood with Bobby is one of my most cherished memories of my youth. Bobby's love for life and his enthusiasm for adventure was contagious. I share everyone's sadness. He will be missed.
