Ruth Feldmann Obituary

Ruth E. Feldmann, 78, of Tonawanda, NY, died on February 2, 2024. Ruth was the daughter of the late Ruth D. and Joseph A. Gerenser. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald J. Feldmann, and a sister, Donna M. Gerenser. She is survived by her brother, Robert J. (Gail) Gerenser; sister, Janet M. (John) Dillon; nephews Michael and Christopher Gerenser and Erich, Steven and Andrew May, and their families. Ruth was born on July 6, 1945, in Buffalo. She graduated from Kenmore West High School and attended Bryant and Stratton Business Institute. Ruth served as D'Youville College's purchasing agent for four decades. She retired in 2012 and was lauded by the college for her professionalism, loyalty and spirit. A private gathering to honor Ruth will be held later. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
