I knew Walter during the seven years I served as an Associate Judge in Buffalo City Court. He and his fellow officers in the City Court detail were thoroughly professional and kept order in an atmosphere that sometimes could be quite difficult. I remember Walter with Charlie Gang and Jim Francis and considered them my friends. I hope God will sustain you in your loss.
