Don McGee was a model of a Manager for me, I learned from Don, how empowering your employees/teammates was the most effective way to get talent to express itself.

He was one of be greatest teachers in life.

I have missed his conversations since his retirement, but is lessons have lived on.

God Bless Don's family in this sorrowful time.

Don and I grew up and went to school together. We graduated from Girard College in 1956. He was a great friend at school. In our Junior & Senior years we went to various dances together. He will always be remembered by our classmates and me. We worked at GE Aerospace after he retired from the Air Force. We lost touch after I left GE and moved to Florida. However, I often thought of him and the things we did together growing up. May God Bless and Keep Him.

McGhee Family, I worked with Don for ten years and we were both at Danang at the same time in 1969. He was a good man and great friend. May God Bless him.
