As the Commander of VFW Post 6689, I wish to express my sincere condolences for the loss of a good personal friend, who gave his all for the VFW and our Post who was active in all aspects of what we do. He was a legend at recruiting and many of our members came to us directly from what Kevin did. He was a driving force to making sure that our Veterans Home in Winooski was and is successful. As Color Guard Captain, I will miss him on all our events - in the twenty years that I have been involved in the Color Guard, Kevin never missed any event that we covered. On behalf of the brothers and sisters of our Post, "Well Done Comrade" and "Stand at Ease."
