Alice Ann Tilton
Alice Ann Tilton, 85, of Zelienople, formerly of Beaver Falls, passed away Friday.
She was born Jan. 13, 1925, in Wilkinsburg, the daughter of the late Otto and Bertha Ertman.
She was a member of the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Beaver Falls.
While living in Johnstown, she had served many hours volunteering at Johnstown Memorial Hospital.
Alice was a retired account manager for Commercial Credit.
In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert Ertman.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Telford R. Tilton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Col. David P. Heidenthal of Slidell, Pa., and Pamela and Howard Dickinson of Richmond, Va.; six grandchildren, Matthew, Mark, Rachel, Corey, Marley and Brandi.
TILTON - A service to celebrate the life of Alice Ann Tilton, who died Friday, Oct. 29, 2010, was at 11 a.m. today at the Seaman Evangelical Lutheran Church on the campus of Passavant Retirement Community, Zelienople.
For friends in Beaver Falls, a second memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 11th Street, Beaver Falls.
If desired, memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
Arrangements are by the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, Rochester.
